Refund policy

Native Accents, operated and managed by Misty Barn, offers a wide range of furniture, home accessories, and decor products. We are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when you initiate a return. This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service, outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on www.thenativeaccents.com (the “Native Accents Platform”).

  • 1.      APPLICABILITY OF POLICY - By using the Native Accents Platform and/or purchasing products, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making transactions on our Platform. We may periodically update this Policy. Please ensure you review the Policy prior to each transaction to stay informed of the applicable terms.
  • 2.      TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND OF ORDERS

Cancellation of Products - 

You may cancel your order partially or fully before the invoice is processed and issued. Once an invoice has been generated, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please reference your unique order number and request cancellation by emailing us at support@thenativeaccents.com before the invoice is processed.
Upon receiving a cancellation request before the invoice has been issued, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and are subject to the policies of your bank or financial institution.

Return of Products
We accept returns for select categories, including bedding textiles, rugs, pillows, throws, and fragrance products. Items such as furniture, mirrors, lighting, ceramic pots and dinnerware are not eligible for returns.
You may initiate a return request if - 
The product is damaged, The product and packaging are damaged, The product is defective or not functioning as described, Parts or accessories are missing, The product received differs from the one order. Please initiate return requests within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with the invoice, tags, packaging, and any included accessories intact for a successful return.
We may request images of the damaged or defective product or arrange a visit to assess the issue. Based on our verification, we will decide whether to approve the return. Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy, such as missing tags, altered packaging, or use/wear of the product.

Refund - Refunds will be issued only if payment has been received and the product is eligible for a return or cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we verify the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds will not include shipping or other applicable charges unless the product was delivered with a defect or damage attributed to Native Accents. If a refund is rejected, the returned product will be sent back without initiating the refund process.
