DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
Native Accents Pvt. Ltd. (“Native Accents”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website www.thenativeaccents.com (“Native Accents Platform”), offering a range of furniture, home accessories, and decor products (“Products”). This Delivery and Shipping Policy, along with our Terms of Service, outlines our procedures for the shipping and delivery of Products purchased through the Native Accents Platform. 

  • 1. GENERAL

Service Coverage: Native Accents ships its Products across India. We have partnered with leading logistics service providers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your Products arrive promptly and safely.

Agreement to Policy: By using the Native Accents Platform or purchasing any Products from us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Delivery and Shipping Policy. Please review these terms before every purchase, as they may be updated periodically.

  • 2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Logistics and Delivery Partners: We collaborate with third-party logistics providers ("Logistics Partners") to ship and deliver your purchases. When your order is dispatched, you will receive details about the Logistics Partner handling the delivery, along with tracking information. Our standard dispatch times range from 7 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline during the checkout process, and tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Delivery Areas: While we aim to deliver throughout India, some areas may be deemed unserviceable. If your area falls into this category, you will be notified at the time of order placement. You can also check the availability of delivery by entering your area’s pin code on our Platform.

 Accurate Information: To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please provide complete and correct information, including your name, shipping address, contact details, and any necessary landmarks. We will not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect information provided at checkout.

 Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistics Partners will attempt to deliver up to three times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel your order, return the Product to us, and deduct applicable shipping fees from any refund due.

Delays in Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as -  Logistical issues, Weather disruptions, Political events, strikes, or lockouts, Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), Other unforeseen situations beyond our control. In case of any delays, we will notify you via the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. However, Native Accents is not responsible for any compensation due to delayed delivery.

   Delivery Personnel: We take care to ensure that our delivery partners operate with professionalism. However, Native Accents is not responsible for the behavior or actions of third-party delivery personnel, as they are beyond our direct control. Any issues arising from interactions with delivery personnel must be resolved directly with them. We cannot mediate or resolve disputes between you and the Logistics Partner’s employees.

  Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the Logistics Partner, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your delivery. While we coordinate with our partners to ensure timely updates, tracking details may be subject to time lags or technical delays that are beyond our control.

   Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order and will be displayed at checkout. These fees will not be refunded unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to Native Accents’s error. Upon delivery, all risk and title for the Products pass to you.

   Returns and Reverse Logistics: If you wish to return a Product, our reverse Logistics Partners will coordinate the collection. For more details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
